Mens Sexual Health Tips - Keeping Mr. Johnson Alive And Well!
Well guys, it's time to talk about a sensitive topic and that's mens sexual health. Many of us pride ourselves for being able to perform at a high level. When our performance declines (this can be due to number of different reasons) we normally are afraid to talk about it.

Stress - They say where the head goes the body will follow. If you are consistantly under heavy stress there is a good chance that your sexual performance will be impaired. The brain is where all the impulses start when there is interference caused by a variety of stressors (high pressure job, bad marriage, self doubt, etc.)Mr. Johnson will have a tough time waking up.
To reduce stress try exercising more often. Exercise not only make you look good it helps produce feel good chemicals in you body.
Make Quiet time for yourself at least 4 days a week. Find an area where you can relax for at least 15 minutes and just focus on your breathing. A good place to relax is by the ocean (if one is nearby) and listen to the water that has a calming effect.
